feat: downloading plugins in parallel

exactly as the title says. having to download and setup plugins 1 by 1 can get really slow, so downloading multiple at the same time will speed up the process by a lot

since the convenient goro function is added in dev branch of hilbish, this can be done (gopher-lua already has channels)
