Release Candidate 0.8

This is the stable release candidate. One change was made from Beta 0.6 and it was changing location of the Maxwell coupling, moving the bed plate 0.35mm forward creating a new constant for the coupling placement so the whole assembly can be parametric scalable. Only part that does not have relations is the AB motor brackets pulley distance from center. The AB motor bracket must be adapted separately when changing printer XY size. Also the bed need to be changed locally as it has it own parameters.
