RFC-2: Store agent logs in a separate database or in the filesystem

We’re storing agent logs including tool results in the main database. This can cause significant db size growth, slows down the overall system, and increases the risk of data corruption.

There are two ideas top of mind now:

1. Store agent logs in their own separate SQLite database
2. Store agent logs in the filesystem

Thoughts? Other ideas?
