Code of Conduct

We want our community spaces to be welcoming, inclusive, and safe for everyone.

Our promise

We as maintainers and contributors will work to make participation in our projects and community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, sexual identity and orientation, or other protected characteristics.

Expected behavior

  • Be respectful and considerate.
  • Assume good intent, but listen when someone tells you there is a problem.
  • Keep feedback constructive and focused on ideas, not people.
  • Use appropriate language and avoid slurs or insults.
  • Respect people’s time: keep issues and discussions on-topic.

Unacceptable behavior

  • Harassment, threats, or personal attacks.
  • Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory jokes.
  • Sharing others’ private information without consent.
  • Spam, scams, or repeatedly derailing conversations.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces related to this repository, including Issues, Pull Requests, Discussions, the Wiki, and any linked chat spaces we explicitly mention.

Reporting

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior:

  • Prefer reporting privately to the maintainers using the contact information in SECURITY.md or the repository profile.
  • Include links, screenshots, and any context that can help us understand what happened.

We will review reports as quickly as we reasonably can and may take any action we consider appropriate, including temporary or permanent bans from community spaces.
