Context consumption #22

Description

@wwwdata

Hi,

I recently noticed that when I have your MCP enabled, it is eating away at LOT of context. For comparison claude code cli tells me this is my MCP server usage when the AzureDevops-MCP is enabled:

⛁ MCP tools: 63.3k tokens (31.6%)

Versus when it is not enabled:

⛁ MCP tools: 17.4k tokens (8.7%)

So roughly 46k tokens are consumed by enabling this MCP... This makes it a bit unusable right now to be honest. There are a lot of commands and every commands seems to consume around 600 tokens or more.
