Test coverage upload fails - Codecov account needed

Error: Codecov: Failed to properly upload: 404

Issue

The test coverage GitHub Action is failing because:

• SACEMA organization doesn't have a Codecov account
• Repository is private (which unable the test coverage percentage appears)

Possible Solutions

1. Create SACEMA Codecov account (recommended) and make repository public (if appropriate)
2. Switch to alternative coverage service (coveralls, codeclimate, etc.)
