Missing referenced libraries

Hello, I want to build newer (1.3) version of the program, but it requires some external references from SC_Toolbox (https://github.com/SCToolsfactory/SC_Toolbox), which is missing, is there another way to get them?

I don't know if it was ever there or only planned
Anyway attached is the one I have on my PC.
I left the Bin and Obj dirs as they were - deleted only the PCH caches from c++ part (250MB)

• it's a long time ago and I never touched it since the last build. So I would not be much of help if things don't work right out of the box ...
