Dashboard login

To login via the dashboard, Intens needs the following:

• Dashboard URL argument. To tell Intens to log in via the dashboard, you need to give it an argument with the URL. Something like --dashboardURL https://example.com/workbook
• Intens opening the dashboard instead of loggin in by itself
• Intens locking up until the login is completed via the ZMQ socket
