#107 — Migrate all inline formatters to `shared/lib/format.ts`

Audit all components for inline number formatting (e.g. n.toLocaleString(), (n * 100).toFixed(2) + "%") and replace with the centralized formatUsd, formatPct, formatToken functions from #11.
