#115 — Loading skeletons for all on-chain data tables

Description:
While isLoading: true for usePositions, useOrders, useStakingInfo, useGMPoolData, show ShadCN <Skeleton> rows matching the final table layout. Prevents layout shift.

Acceptance criteria:

• No flash of empty table → populated table
• Skeleton rows match the column count and approximate row height
