Nice to see this visualisation for large complex plans. I think it would help avoid missing small details that the AI might get wrong in its first plan. |

I've tried both Plannotator and Ultraplan. Plannotator is the winner for me! It's great to have a "GitHub style PR review" of a plan especially if you need to run it past a Senior Developer. |

Plannotator seems like a cool idea if you are after the Github style of review but it seems like more of a 'nice to have'. I do see the value in sharing plans to get a second pair of eyes, but even then Id say that it would have to be a fairly large piece of work to be worth while. One of the benefits of AI is the quick iterations if you need to change something |

Has anyone looked into Ruflo or used it? https://github.com/ruvnet/ruflo |

I can't say that I've tried visual tools for PBI planning, I usually just use the Claude code planning feature and nudge it in the right direction when it makes a false assumption. I'll give Plannotator a go. |

In the past, I asked Claude not to forget to record the plan into an MD, which I named "Development Plan" in the same workspace. It is not visible and flexible enough for me to review or make a change. |

I'll definitely be adding Plannotator to my design -> dev workflow. |

A well-structured and comprehensive rule. I haven't tried any visual tools before, but the Plannotator looks neat. I'll give it a go this week. |

I wish I knew about this a few months ago, when I started writing a document for a new feature that got reviewed by many people 🫠 |

Very much like using visual planning tools, especially for large plans which normally is super annoying to provide feedback on and iterate upon. |

Looks like a good tools to try out, previously i use IDE to review the plan (in .md) which i have to manually type where i want the plan to be fixed in the editor |

It's nice to see all these AI enhancement tools being invented and help us to be more efficient on work |

Before this CTF, I hadn’t tried any visual plan review tools. But some of the Claude Code enhancement plugins I use, such as get-shit-done and Superpower do provide a structured planning workflow. They’re very useful when handling larger changes. |

I’ve been using a .md file to review the plan and write feedback, but this looks cooler and easier. I’ll give it a try. |

Great rule! Using Plannotator to check AI plans before coding is going to save us a ton of time. |

Haven't found a use-case for these visual planning tools yet. Plannotator seems most useful when doing a group AI planning session. |

I like planotator. Usually for me, if I'm going to do an extended planning session, I tend to get any LLM to just create a PLAN.md file and then I review and modify that directly. Then, I can just have a back and forth with any LLM, at any time, whenever I want. |
