Pain

Review Azure resource groups related to Rules V3 (TinaCMS), specifically those with 'tina' in the name (e.g., prod and staging), to confirm whether they are still in use. Delete any resource groups that are no longer required, ensuring the active and correct resource group ('ssw-rules') remains untouched.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Identify all Azure resource groups associated with Rules V3 (TinaCMS) that contain 'tina' in their name.
2. Confirm whether each identified resource group is actively used in production or staging.
3. Safely delete any unused or obsolete resource groups.
4. Verify that the primary active resource group ('ssw-rules') remains intact and unaffected.
5. Document which resource groups were reviewed and which were deleted.
