Fix bug with sidebar collapse button on Microsoft Edge

For some reason, on Microsoft Edge, there's some flashing of the collapse sidebar button when it is hovered over. The button still works as intended, but it looks weird/distracting. This behavior was not observed on Chrome or FireFox.

Probably the lowest priority issue in this entire list
