PS_RDY message takes too long to be sent after sending GOTOMIN #11

Description

@fleS-dnoyeB

Describe the set-up
STM32G071RB Eval board + Nucleo SRC1M1 (Operating as a SRC)
using software for NUCLEO-G071RB (latest as of today 4/5/2025)

Connected to a STM32G071B-DISCO

Describe the bug
When requesting the SRC send a GOTO min message, it follows up with the proper PS_RDY message. However, this message always comes more than 500ms later. This is outside of the specified time limit. Specifically it seems to take 550ms.

How To Reproduce
Using STM32CubeMonitor, request that the board send a GOTOMIN message. Observe the timestamp of the GOTOMIN and observe the timestamp of the follow up PS_RDY. Note the difference exceeds 500ms.

Additional context
Per USB PD specification the time tPSTransition is from 450ms to 550ms.
