As part of its reconciliation process LCM creates the following resources:
ConfigMap that caches resolved release manifests.ConfigMap that snapshots the state of RKE2 core packaged component before an RKE2 upgrade.- SUC Plan resources used for OS and K8s upgrades.
Since LCM owns these resources, they should be cleaned up when LCM is removed from the cluster.
