I am preparing af Moodle Test for 300 students next week is good for most of the students, but one student with a MacBook can't get in. She passed 2-factor authentication successfully. There is no error just a waiting screen, see the photo

Does the student have a different WiFi connection?
I've had some issues with students running VPN's or weird DNS configurations that mess with the intended flow.

If you test with the option "Teach SEB allowed/blocked URLS" turned on, where does the redirects take you?
