Implement the main Dashboard (Home) screen, featuring the user's total balance card, quick action buttons, and a preview of recent transactions.

Implementation Guidelines

• Key files: lib/modules/home/presentation/pages/home_page.dart, lib/modules/home/presentation/widgets/balance_card.dart
• Build the top "Total Balance" section with the toggle (eye icon) to show/hide the balance amount.
• Implement the circular quick action buttons (e.g., Deposit, Withdraw, Transfer) using the design's specific icon and color scheme.
• Create the bottom sections ("My Accounts" and "Transactions" preview), ensuring the spacing and typography perfectly match the Figma designs.

Expectations

• What done looks like: Users are greeted with a polished, pixel-perfect Dashboard screen upon login that clearly displays their balance, provides quick access to core actions, and shows a snapshot of their recent activity.

As a frontend engineer who has successfully delivered multiple responsive dashboard screens and pixel-perfect mobile layout revamps, I am highly experienced in managing reactive state changes (like toggle states) and building reusable design system components.

My Specific Approach to This Task

1. State Isolation: I will build the visibility tracking state inside home_page.dart using a clean local boolean modifier to manage the eye-icon show/hide visibility behavior for the balance text.
2. Composition & Geometry: I will build the balance_card.dart layout using standard container shadows and matching padding constraints to mirror your Figma layout spec line-for-line.
3. Action Button Rows: I will program the circular quick action buttons as a single, decoupled stateless widget loop that maps incoming callback event lines, icons, and exact background color matrices cleanly.
4. Recent History Snapshots: I will implement the bottom scroll preview lists using clean, implicit padding limits to prevent any flex container clipping or spacing drift.
