Feature Request : Option to sync to External service (Thingsboard)

Hi,

I have been a user of Track and Graph for years, and this is one of the app that has followed me over multiple generation of mobile and Android versions, through F-Droid and now through Google Play. Huge fan.

Requirement: In the beginning of the time period, the privacy and non connectivity was the greatest positive of this app. No trackers, no requirement to connect to internet. With recent advancement of Homelabs and other ease access to evan a average user, a sync with some server will make it a great advantage.

Proposal : Provide an optional feature to connect to ThingsBoard server and sync as per need.

Detailed Proposal :

1. In the breadcrum menu, after the Backup and Restore, a new menu named "Thingsboard Settings", which has three fields and 1 button. (a) Base URL (b) Global API Token, (c) auto sync duration
2. While creating each Tracker, in the advanced Options, an optional Thingsboard Device API key can be added. (Will use the Base URL from the main settings menu)
3. Each Tracker will have a sync button right within the tile. This can be used if the global auto sync duration is disabled.

P.S: I am creating this issue before sending PR, as per guidance mentioned in the Contributing section of the README. Also the reference implementation does not have upgrade script.
