Notifcations are becoming frozen

Sometimes notifications are becoming frozen and I am unable to dismiss them or choose one of the options in the notification. They are from different apps. The current one is actually from TopNotify...asking if I want to turn Google Home notifications off. I know one previous one that froze was from intel about driver updates available.

1. TopNotify does not ask you to turn off notifications from other apps, it's windows itself that asks that
2. I can see that you have enabled notification click through. You won't be able to interact with/dismiss notifications if click through is enabled because your cursor will go through the notification.

There is a solution to this problem, if you hold the alt key then the notification will temporarily be "solid" and you will be able to click the dismiss button. (Or you could just disable click through mode)
