Install uv

uv is a fast Python packaging and project tool. See official docs: https://docs.astral.sh/uv/getting-started/installation/

One-line install (Linux/macOS)

curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh

Restart your shell so uv is on PATH, or follow the printed instructions.

Verify

uv --version

Notes

This project requires Python 3.12+. uv will honor the requires-python constraint in pyproject.toml.
In containers, we use the base image ghcr.io/astral-sh/uv:python3.12-bookworm-slim.
