Given the presence of Pixi in several repositories:

• ci: add pixi lockfile update gha mo_pack#150
• Replace Tox with Pixi cf-units#636
• Transfer repository ownership to SciTools bjlittle/geovista#167

We should be trying to align practices to make it easy to switch between repos, and bring more repos on board.
