Describe the bug

the save trigger outside of the entrance to the sp_a2_paints chamber is never removed after use and activates upon every subsequent touch

To Reproduce

  1. go to sp_a2_paints
  2. walk through the door to the chamber and through the save trigger
  3. observe the "game saved" text in the top left
  4. optionally, use showtriggers_toggle to see the trigger

Expected behavior

the trigger should be deactivated or removed after its used when the player first enters the chamber. there's no reason for it to stay and will just cause accidental saves which may be confusing or annoying
