Feature request: 15 to 21-word seed

Hey, I would like to request being able to import seeds from 15 to 21 words, as specified in BIP39, not just 12 or 24.

I myself use a seed that is not composed between 15 and 21 words, so I'm unable to use Seedsigner at the moment.

Note: considering the low complexity of this, I'm willing to do it myself, if this is a desired feature.

Even if 15, 18, and 21 word seed phrases are part of BIP39, they are uncommon. Interoperability between different hardware and software wallets is important. I'd also be curious to know what advantage there is choosing a BIP39 seed phrase that is 15, 18, and 21 instead of a 12 or 24 word seed phrase.

About the advantage, what is the advantage of choosing 24 words instead of 12? If it's because it has more entropy and/or is safer, then that's the advantage of 15 over 12, 18 over 15 etc.

About interoperability, various software wallets support them, like Sparrow, Ashigaru (Samourai), Bluewallet, Electrum.
