In Hebrew print we have something similar to Initials/Dropcapitals - the drawing at the right contains the letter ה which is functioning as the first letter of the word in the top line.
But how should one encode this if the whole title is set using this technique (green zone), e.g. on a title page, but sometimes also in a regular MainZone?
