Got really lost with npm/yarn fire / poetry commands and dev files showing in git diff, so fixing these first. Also CodeQL config is obsolete so aiming for a fresh start.

Got really lost with npm/yarn fire / poetry commands and dev files showing in git diff, so fixing these first. Also CodeQL config is obsolete so aiming for a fresh start.
