- Fixed set_rcc_version in dev.py - development env. rcc does not have to be bound to here, moving to uv as soon as we get some time
Automatically adding `"document-intelligence": "v2.1"` when user clicks `Refresh Agent Configuration` we cannot add this field.

Forgot the poetry.lock from previous PR.
While testing noticed that
Refresh Agent Configurationwas addingdocument-intelligencefield to agent-spec.yaml.It should only be added for new Agents, not push it to existing ones.
