Installation gets stuck on docTR setup: RTX 3070 detected as UNSUPPORTED due to find: '/i' error

Hi,

I'm trying to install Universal Game Translator Live, but the installation gets stuck indefinitely on the docTR service setup (check setup_log.txt).

My GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (with up-to-date drivers), but the setup script fails to recognize it and outputs the following errors in the log:
