Hello, I'm reporting a problem with starting charging MAN cars, which in this case are WV Krafter, WV ecaddy and Volvo XC40. All of these cars, after receiving parameters from EVSE and running Start Listening, after a while send something that causes a “Sequence Error” error and closing of the session.
Tested on all V02_ series firmware and the same thing happens on all of them.
Gentlemen developers please very much desensitize the next frimware to such errors because more and more EVs appear and with their manufacturers we can not win, and again the appearance of such errors and powerlessness on our part causes really powerful frustration.
For MAN - WV Krafter cars were put stations for the customer at the airport, he has a whole fleet of these cars and NO ONE starts charging, not even any parameters are received from the EV - the aforementioned error appears. The situation is very serious there because chargers are useless and the season has just started.
As usual, once again I can only collect the SPI log, I have absolutely no way (we are a manufacturer of electric car charging stations who have already bought from you with 200 WhiteBeet modules) to collect the logs of data exchange between the car and EVSE.
I think that quoting the SPI log once again is pointless, it is all the same as in my previous threads.
We expect a really prompt response.
