In #103, we added practical information on how to use the encoder interface. This has been merged into our long running add-control-content branch. It is now time to publish this article.

Close this issue with a PR that:

• branches off of add-control-content
• removes placeholder articles
• adds dark mode support

Be sure to squash and merge so that we prevent problems with future branched articles.
