Create `PaymentMethodTabs` Component

Context: We offer two ways to pay: Web3 connection or manual transfer.

Requirements:

• Build a toggle/tab component to switch the UI context between "Connect Wallet" and "Manual Transfer".
• Only one method's content should be visible at a time.

Acceptance Criteria:

I’d like to work on this issue because it focuses on improving payment flow usability and creating a clearer user experience between Web3 and manual payment options. Building a clean tab/toggle component with well-managed state is a practical frontend enhancement that directly improves navigation and interaction clarity.

I have experience building React/TypeScript UI components, state-driven interfaces, and reusable tab/toggle patterns. I’m comfortable implementing conditional rendering, clean component structure, and ensuring the payment method state transitions remain intuitive, maintainable, and responsive.
