Implement "Manual Crypto Transfer" View

Context: Fallback for users on mobile or without a browser extension.

Requirements:

• Within the second tab, build a view that provides exact manual instructions.
• Add loud warnings that the user MUST send the exact token amount on the Stellar network.

Acceptance Criteria:

• View clearly communicates the risks and requirements of manual transfer.
