Use POST to http://www.heungs.com/**/*.php, which contains a file that opens a database connection to heungs_*.

For example, http://heungs.com/schedule-scraper/ is the front page that submits to http://heungs.com/schedule-scraper/issue.php, which puts the submitted form into the database heungs_issues.
