feat(charts): chart UX polish and indicator controls

Improve chart usability and consistency.

AC:

• Indicator controls clearly grouped

• “Show RSI” toggle persists during navigation (optional localStorage)

• Unified tooltip + legend formatting

• No resize-related console errors
