Add batch and operation monitoring for automated production

Add monitoring for batches and their underlying operations, especially for automated laser cutting.

The system should make it visible:

• whether an operation is part of a batch
• the current status of each operation inside the batch
• the overall batch status
• whether the batch is progressing normally or needs intervention

This should support monitoring by exception instead of relying on operator involvement.
