Request: JogCon support

Hi!
Ar you sill adding support for more devices?
If so I would like to ask for JogCon support.
Would be very helpful to have an tester for the JogCon and it's feedback motor.
I have some knowledge on the JogCon protocol and I can help with it if needed.
On a related topic, a NeGcon mode with support for rumble would be helpful too!

I'd love to add more controllers. However until I obtain the controller myself I'm not usually adding it
because I can't test it myself. Yes there are emulators but it has been proven time and time again that
I can't solely rely on those results. If someone else has the controller and adds it and tests it I'll gladly accept PRs.

No promises but I might get one soon.
