How to adjust parameters according to my own image in multilayer setting?

when i use my own images to train the multilayer , i find it hard to correctly classify the pictures.
i use 6 images as the training images. And it never happens to cluster into 3 classes crrectly.

me too, i don't know how the author's accuracy so high. I tried to use another group MNIST datas to classify, but the outcomes are really confusing.
