Configuration files with should have vend subdomain as part of their name

1. Improve vend-tools configure command to create oauth.<domainPrefix>.json and client.<domainPrefix>.json moving forward.
2. Should not break backward compatibility for anyone who may have configured in the past with oauth.json or client.json
