Improve interoperability with SignHash contract on-chain #19

Other Smart Contracts should be able to:

sign hash
revoke signature
add proof
remove proof
get the first signer
iterate forward over signers

There should be Solidity tests to prove interoperability and ensure there is no problem of accessing dynamic types from other Smart Contracts.
