[BUG] None of the .exe files are running. #40

- Pragma / PFM Version v1.3.0 Win64
Describe the bug
It doesn't start, it doesn't even show an error, so I don't click on it.
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Logically, I expected the program to start...
Hardware (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 11
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP
- GPU Driver version: 31.0.21921.1000
Log
If a log.txt file exists in the root directory of Pragma, please attach it to this issue.
If the problem is reproducible, please launch Pragma with the launch parameter -log 1 and re-create the problem before uploading the log. This will add significantly more information to the log-file, which will help the developers find the cause much more easily.
I don't have a .log file, nothing, it just won't run, giving no error at all.
But please help, I really want to use the product!
