When first created it sticks to the contraption, however, when flowing away it separates off and then never hardens (random tick speed like 3000), also when still attached it may flow upward if contraption is upsidedown (regains gravity if it disconnects from the contraption)
Works fine if done normally fully within the same Sable contraption btw
If you want to support this I think it would be cool if the dispenser first dispensed regular wet concrete outside sable contraption which would then act like normal unless it moved down near another sable contraption again in which it would align itself and (re)join it
This would allow both Sable contraptions to fill themselves with cement and to allow a create contraption to act like a cement hose crane filling an area with cement!
