Mushroom blocks drop themselves without silk touch, cannot use giant mushrooms to get more fungi

Breaking the fungi blocks drops themselves even without silk touch or tools which means the mod's fungi are unable to drop more of the fungi (so, where breaking a phosphor fungus block would be expected to drop more phosphor fungi eithout silk touch it instead drops the block itself)
