Problem

A user wants to set material properties for lots (1000) domains to simulate a fine variation of material properties.

Solution

Reimplement eId to store any number of domain IDs.

This is related to #77 which has been open since my dog was a pup.

Domain IDs are stored by setting/getting bits in mshType class eId and dmnId arrays

utils::btest(ib.msh[iM].eId(e),dId)

The maximum domain ID is determined by the type used for eId and dmnId

    /// @brief Element domain ID
    Vector<int> eId;

    /// @brief Node domain ID
    Vector<int>  dmnId;

It would be easy to change int to long long to increase the maximum number of domain IDs to 64.

Extending the number of domains to an arbitrary number would require using C++ containers.

However, supporting a large number of domains is probably not a good idea because

• the solver.xml file would be too complex
• performance could suffer
• communicating containers via MPI functions would require serialization

The best approach for supporting a large number of material properties would be #77
