Session expires during use.

• Problem 1, the session expires while the user is using the app. That shouldn't happen.
• Problem 2, when the session does expire, and the user logs in again, the app breaks because the services aren't reloading their data. (I think?)

It looks like AngularFire's SimpleLogin wrapper doesn't support a hook for auth token expiration. However, they are working on upgrading to the latest auth library.

In the meantime, I can just set the token lifetime to something like 1 year on prod.
