Example of dynamic change MiddleViewController but keep ViewDeck button

Hi Guys,

Thanks for a great stuff with storyboard, I have tried to figured out the simple sample is replace a MiddleViewController by another controller but still keep navigation bar and viewdeck button.
I have a TableView on the left, and when I select a row in the menu, MiddleViewController will change to a specific Controller.
What I want is the IIViewDeckNavigationControllerIntegrated mode but I can not make it work.

I saw comment from simonrice of the previous issue, that implement new Controller as subclass of MiddleViewController, I did that, but the bar and ViewDeck button still not show.

Sorry I've taken a while to reply.

What I plan to do soon is split this example into multiple projects, & I'd like one of them to cover your use case. This example has proved a lot more popular than I ever expected I have to say!

Anyway, would something like this do the trick for you:

• "ViewDeck" button is somewhere on all of the middle ViewControllers that doesn't get obstructed by the back button.
• You also want to place all new view controllers pushed by ViewDeck on top of an existing, original navigation stack, rather than replacing it

Please do let me know if that's right & I'll get cracking!

Thanks for your response, I think put the ViewDeck button in the middle on top bar that doesn't make sense, but yet, if the new Controller are NavigationViewController that probably obstruct the back button.

What I need for the new Controller open not Navigation, it is just simple like UIViewController or TableViewController

At the moment I temporary use another api to replace ViewDeck, but I will get back with ViewDeck in the future if I can find the best solution for this issue.
