Someone who can bypass a message block, whether that is due to the blocklist or by disabling message receiving, can message a person and the recipient cannot reply.

They cannot respond to anyone who does manage to bypass the filter. This feels restrictive as you would need to enable messaging to respond to an admin or server privately.

Possible Solutions

• Allow the player to use /r to respond to the player that bypassed their block or messages disabled setting (only respond to the last person who messaged you).
• Allow the player to message anyone who can bypass their block or messages disabled setting (message bypass bypasses both ways).
• Allow the player to message anyone who can bypass their block or messages disabled setting within a given time period (expiring cache).
