Error while previewing the Sitecore item / Sitecore.Pipelines.LoggedIn.LoggedInArgs' does not contain a constructor that takes 0 arguments

Whenever I am trying to preview the homepage or any other component of my 9.3 Sitecore instance, this is the error screen that I am seeing, but when I open the same page in the experience editor, the homepage does open. This issue is only with previewing.

The Sitecore rocks version which I am using is 4.0.2.
