Review and polish voting flows

Context

We think the voting side still needs polish before we talk about it too loudly.

Scope

• Test the current voting UX end-to-end
• Review edge cases around wallet state, rejected txs, wrong chain, loading states, and post-submit feedback
• Check copy and empty/error states
• Identify small polish fixes before broader promotion

Acceptance criteria

• Known voting flows tested on current app
• Bugs/polish items listed or fixed in follow-up PRs
• Clear notes on what is safe to market and what should stay internal for now
