'Examine sails' is not able to be removed even with all options enabled.

When sailing through loading zones, the option to 'Examine sails' briefly appears. While this is likely an unintended bug itself, the expected behavior from your plugin would prevent this examine option.

You can see the examine sails option appear in the attached screenshot, and below that another screenshot that confirms it does normally work when not going through a loading zone.

The No Examine plugin only removes menu options when you right-click, and not when you left-click or hover. Use the Custom Menu Swaps hub plugin and add a Custom Hide with Examine,Sails to remove the left-click and hover option.
