Sailing - Shortest path out at sea makes no sense. Actual shortest path (tested) is more of a straight diagonal line.

When I sail from deepfin point out to the mercenary salvage marked on map, I tested it and the shortest path is very close to being a straight diagonal path from point a to point b.

but shortest path gives me this jank of go south, then south west.

Many such occasions of the plugin not working properly when I'm on a boat.

The boat movement system is quite different to land movement. Therefore some new logic will have to be implemented in the plugin to account for the difference.

For an example about how the speed of your boat affects the optimal path see this image which charts how far your boat travels in 10 ticks at the different speeds.

For example, if your boat travels 10 ticks at a specific bearing:

With a boat at 1.5 speed: if you travel NE with a boat with 1.5 speed you only travel 56.6 units vs 63.2 units at NNE.

With a boat at 3.5 speed: You travel 141.4 units on the NE bearing but only 139.3 ticks on the NNE bearing
