Bug: Smart Alarm feature fails to fetch when application is not opened for a long period of time

Describe the bug
When the application is opened after a long period of time, the smart alarm will not fetch smart alarm from backend properly. Instead it uses the fallback alternative of basic alarm calculation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open application previous nights sleep. Set and stay on the smart alarm page.
2. Wake up next morning, open application.
3. Scroll and set the next bedtime.
4. View that the final result is just the basic calculation.

Expected behavior
It should fetch the next alarm result from the backend model.
